I decided yesterday that if I’m in my car at a stoplight and I see the bright flash of a nuclear explosion several miles away, I’m going to get out and punch the nearest old lady in her face before we’re both vaporized.

Wedding and Reception Locations

It’s official, the places for the wedding and reception are booked and officially ours for the day!

The wedding is going to be at Kings Grant Baptist Church and the reception is going to be at The Cavalier Hotel on August 25th.

Our New Apartment!!

Amanda and I found the perfect apartment–we’re going to sign the paperwork for the lease on Monday. It’s directly above Scotty Quixx on Granby Street in Norfolk, a nice restaurant and weekend bar hangout. We had to check it out Friday night to make sure the sound from the bar and the dj weren’t too loud. We could definitely hear the music from downstairs but it wasn’t too loud for us.
